Exchange Policy

Please note that returns for refunds are not permitted for company merchandise. However, we are happy to offer exchanges.

All exchanges and returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags must be attached.
Merchandise that shows signs of wear, washing, or missing tags will not be eligible.

This policy helps ensure that original merchandise can be repurposed for special events while still giving employees flexibility with their order.

To start the exchange process, please email customerservice@merchglobal.com. Once your request is received, you will be provided with detailed instructions to complete your exchange.
